Dear Mister Vuk Lau,
I am quite new to this whole capital and supercapital thingie, but I have 2 questions on game mechanics and procedures for you.
From what I gathered there had been API verified killmails and that should mean those had been legit kills.
1. So on what base did you put your petition that those randomly spawned ships belong to the NC and not the first person who found it?
2. Assuming those had been legit kills, I assume your pilots also got insurance payout. When the GM returned the ships to you, did they remove the insurance money from their wallets?
Thank you in advance for answering those questions, I just want to understand the game better.

Originally by: Vuk Lau or it is possible that they are removed from NC killboard (maintained by RZR) cause all those ships are alive. Few of them changed owners, but couple of them were already returned to rightful owners via petitions.
For me it sounds like you petitioned that ships, that got boarded by WN/CO-2, will be returned to NC. It might be I am reading something into it, so my question stands on: what did you base those petitions?
Quote: and for the record insurance on titans is 500-600 mil :p
I wouldnt mind an extra 500-600m in my wallet. Also getting the insurance payout for a carrier and then getting the ship back, I am sure nobody would mind that either. Never works for my drakes though.

sounds like a proper ccp investigation need to happen ;) because clearly new ships don't just pop out of thin air :)
still calling bull**** ;)
Out of curiosity, how much do you know about the funny effects you can get when multithreaded programs get slightly desynced?
Since when is eve multithreaded?

Originally by: FlameGlow 1 solar system is one thread, always was like that. Also NC devhaxxx ITT!
You mean one invocation of the program, which would be something different when a thread.
But I still wait for an answer from Vuk.

Does that mean you will be returning the titan to white noise which they found unpiloted floating in space?
Or are we going on a double standard here?
I don't think the NC pilot that is currently sitting in it would appreciate that very much.
Who cares? CCP Grimmi said ... that no GM should have intervened with the outcome of the fight and what happened to the ship afterwards. Congratulations to WN for a new titan?
